The other day I paid visit to an amazing vintage archive. There were so many things I just wanted to take off the racks, try on and then run away with! But instead I had to settle with just taking pictures. There was lots of lovely pre 1970's floor length lace dresses, a couple of Celia Birtwell for Ossie Clark numbers and then this absolutely divine navy and cream print dress (pictured above), which from a distance looks like geometic zebra printy, but when you take a closer look it has little bows incorparated into the print. I couldn't help picturing it with little denim shorts and clogs for the summer (sigh) I thought it was very Alexa Chung. (all images used are my own)
